Wellbean Co Online Ordering Delivery and Shipping Policy 

Catering Orders 

Wellbean Co is unable to ship catering orders, however the following options are available to customers placing orders for delivery or pick up in Toowoomba and Kingaroy. Please note that all orders require a minimum notice of two business days (not including weekends and public holidays). 

Delivery and Order Collection: 

  • Orders can be collected from our Kingaroy Hospital Café between 7am and 2pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please ensure you select your collection time and date when placing your order.  
  • Orders can be collected from our Ann Street Café in Toowoomba between 7am and 2pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please ensure you select your collection time and date when placing your order. 
  • Local delivery for orders in Toowoomba will be delivered between 9am and 2pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please ensure you select your delivery time and date when placing your order.

Click and Collect Coffee Orders 

Same day click and collect coffee orders are available at our Toowoomba Hospital, Baillie Henderson Hospital, and Kingaroy Hospital café locations during opening hours. 

Estimate pick-up time is 10 minutes from placing your order. 

Please note that each eligible café location has its own unique click and collect online store front. Coffee orders placed using the online catering menu do not quality for same day click and collect.

Online Gift Shop

All items in our online gift shop are able to be delivered for free to patients within the Toowoomba Hospital. 

When placing an order please ensure you provide the details of the patient you would like the gift delivered to, including their first name, last name and Hospital Unit they are currently receiving treatment.  

Once you’ve placed your order delivery of gifts will be completed the next business day. 

We are not able to ship gift shop items or deliver them to other facilities outside of Toowoomba Hospital.
